To the maximum extent permitted by law, paragate systems shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to paragate systems during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
